Renovating a house or flat in Brussels? Before the new kitchen, bathroom or flooring, the space has to be cleared. ProDemolition handles that entire step: demolition, rubble removal and cleaning, so your renovation starts on a sound base.
What can we demolish in your home?
- Partitions in brick, block, gypsum block or plasterboard, and openings in walls
- Suspended ceilings and plaster or timber boxing
- Floor tiles, wall tiles, mosaics and floor coverings
- Wall coverings: wallpaper, tiles, panelling
- Complete bathroom and kitchen
- Door frames, windows, fireplaces as you instruct
- Small concrete structures: terraces, stairs, slabs, plinths
We remove non-load-bearing elements. For a load-bearing wall, first bring in an architect or engineer and check with your municipality (owners) or managing agent (co-ownership) whether a permit is required.
How does a job run for a private client?
- Request: by phone or through the form, in one minute.
- Free visit: we assess access, floor, volume and materials on site.
- Clear quote: no obligation, visit free of charge.
- Demolition: floor and surroundings protected from debris, safety respected.
- Removal: skip placed and municipal permits handled by us, waste sorted.
- Cleaning: the space is left clean, ready for the next works.
How much does it cost?
There is no fixed price: it depends on the scale of the work, the materials, access (floor, lift), the technique and the skip needed. Removal of construction and household waste starts from €500. For the rest, we give a precise quote after the free visit.
Need the house cleared first?
We also clear cellars, attics and entire homes: before a sale, a move, works, after tenants leave or a bereavement. See our house clearance page.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be there during the demolition?
Not necessarily. We agree access to the property during the free visit.
Who handles the skip and the parking permit?
We do. We apply to the municipality and reserve the space the day before with barriers.
Can you remove a load-bearing wall?
A load-bearing wall needs a study by an architect or engineer and sometimes a permit. We remove non-load-bearing elements and can work to approved plans.
What happens to the waste?
It is sorted and taken to partner recycling centres.
Do you work at weekends?
Yes, if needed.
