Which technique for wall and floor tiles?
Depending on the substrate, removal is done by hand with a hammer and bolster chisel (often for wall tiles) or with an electric chipping hammer (floor tiles and screed). The floor and neighbouring rooms are protected from debris.
How much does it cost?
There is no single price: it depends on the volume to demolish, the materials and their thickness, access (floor, lift, parking), the technique required and rubble removal. Removal of construction and household waste starts from €500. For everything else, we give you a precise quote after a free site visit.

Do you remove the pipes too?
We remove visible elements; supplies and drains are made safe and capped by your plumber.
Does the screed have to go?
Not always. If it is sound and at the right level it can stay; we assess it during the visit.
