Safety and organisation

Every site is prepared: access survey, installations disconnected by your contractors, marking off, suitable equipment and vehicles. For older buildings, an asbestos survey is required before the works.

4. Protection of floors, access routes and areas to be kept.
5. Demolition, manual or semi-manual, following safety rules.
6. Removal: loading, skip and sorting of waste through partner recycling centres.
7. Cleaning: the space is left clean, ready for the next works.

How much does it cost?

There is no single price: it depends on the volume to demolish, the materials and their thickness, access (floor, lift, parking), the technique required and rubble removal. Removal of construction and household waste starts from €500. For everything else, we give you a precise quote after a free site visit.
